I have also attended San Juan College (2005-2007), UNM-Los Alamos (1990-1992), The College of Santa Fe (fall/spring 1987), Adams State College (spring 1986), BYU-Idaho (fall 1985).
I have been a substitute teacher for sixth through
twelfth grade. August 2007 I was a long-term substitute for ninth grade math,
which lasted for five weeks. I
began the year and ended by participating in parent teacher conferences.
I taught a high school religion class, which included
anywhere from 9 to 12 students each year, grades 9-12.
I home schooled my own four children, kindergarten
through eighth grade.

grade Language Arts and Mathematics.
Practicum – Country Club Elementary School, Farmington, New Mexico, fall 2009. Third grade language Arts. I taught two units using ReaderŐs theater.
Country Club Elementary School, Farmington, New Mexico, spring 2009. Third grade science. I created an independent learning center, created a two-week unit about matter, and taught one lesson from the unit.
